The tile are manufactured from high density dry felt resin bonded fiberglass wool, with fine texture pained glass tissue facer, plain tissue backer and sealed and painted edges. The four edges have grooves. It can be sticked directly to the ceiling without suspension system. The tiles are suitable for low flap ceiling space and concrete-made, wooden-made or grpsum-m
Installation Method:
1. Use screw to fix to the smooth roof. The tiles can be connected after making grooves on each two jointed edges
2. Tiles can not be trimed and re-installed
Main Characteristic:
1. Material: High density dry felt resin bonded fiberglass wool
2. Fire-resistant: Class O, non-combusitble according to BS476 Part 6&7 tested by PSB Test in Singapore
3. Humidity: Dimensionally staked with RH up to 90% at 40degree, no sagging, wrapping or delaminating
4. Environmental: Green label material according to ASTM D5116-06 tested by PSB Test in Singapore
5. Acoustics: Excellent sound absorption
