Product Description
The curved ceiling panels are manufactured from high density dry felt resin bonded fiberglass wool. Adopting producing craft of soft matting, the visible face is laminated with fine texture painted glass tissue facer and the back is natural tissue. The four edges are square. It is recommended that the special curved shape or waved shape grids to be used for the installation. The whole visible appearance is elegant after installation.
Installation Method:
1. Use exposed grids, grids width: 24mm
2. Tiles are easy to trim and install

2. Fire-resistant: Class O, non-combusitble according to BS476 Part 6&7 tested by PSB Test in Singapore
3. Humidity: Dimensionally staked with RH up to 90% at 40 degree, no sagging, wrapping or delaminating
4. Environmental: Green label material according to ASTM D5116-06 tested by PSB Test in Singapore
5. Acoustics: Excellent sound absorption
6. Safety: TVOC=0.11 mg per m3 per hour after 24 hours
Formaldehyde emission rate<0.1 mg per m3 per hour after 48hours
Total phthalate emission<0.2 mg per m3
